I am a Past Life Reader & Regression Therapist. I have extensive expertise of over 20 years in the spiritual field, and I have helped people around the world using my gifts. My Approach
To assist you in healing and gaining understanding, I can lead you through an Akashic Quantum Healing Hypnosis (past-life regression) session.
During this session, you can effectively attain physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual healing. It’s also an ideal means of elevating your vibration to enhance your communication with your light team.
I’ll ask you to write down any questions you have before the session. Five to twelve questions is a typical number, but this can vary greatly. Additionally, a pre-session interview will be conducted during which we will talk about you, your concerns, your inquiries, and your goals for the session. And it’s okay if you are unable to come up with that many questions! With reference to our interview and your goals for the meeting, I will have a lot to say. The recorded sessions will be available for later listening and additional incorporation of healing, guidance, and “downloads.” It’s common for your team to assign you “homework”! We will discuss our findings and your level of recall during the post-session interview, which will take place after the session. Like dreams, our memories of hypnosis sessions can fade over time, so it’s helpful to record everything so you have it all for later!
Points to note:
Intention is key!
Show up with the intention to heal. Be ready to release anything that no longer serves you!
A well-thought intention directs energy with fantastic results. It is the key to any kind of energy-work.
Stay comfortable
On the d-day, dress comfortably. Feel good in your own clothes and avoid makeup/heavy jewelry.
It is simply a matter of feeling comfortable and safe in this realm for self-exploration.
When the feeling is well anchored and the body is relaxed, the gates of the subconscious open easily.
Keep in mind that it is like playing a kid’s game. With a pure & innocent heart, all doors are unlocked.
Stay calm and grounded
Drink lots of water and bring water to the session
Bring pen and paper
HEADPHONES OR EARBUDS ARE USEFUL
Avoid drinking alcohol/taking recreational drugs 24 hours prior to your session.
On the d-day, slow down on tea/coffee too and anything that fastens your heart rate.
